Mobilizing Women of Hope to Make a Lasting Impact in Fort Worth, Texas

Committed to raising awareness, prevention and intervention, Women of Hope was created to make a difference in Fort Worth, Texas. Antioch Fort Worth is driving the transformation of the city through the local church by meeting the needs of the community in vulnerable and under-resourced areas. Rick has been connecting corporate businesses to create and support large-scale community programs for years. We want to mobilize Antioch Fort Worth to be part of what God is doing on the European continent by praying, giving and going.

To spread knowledge about the mission of Women of Hope, there are several initiatives that can be taken. Crime Stoppers Imagine No Violence Camp Hope Bike Patrol is a project of the support group Crime Stoppers Imagine No Violence Training. This program provides an opportunity for members of Women of Hope to get involved in their local community and help reduce crime. In addition, Antioch Fort Worth sends church members on impactful short- and long-term trips throughout the year.

These trips provide an opportunity for members to spread awareness about the mission of Women of Hope and its initiatives. Another way to increase understanding about Women of Hope is through partnerships with local businesses. She served as public relations director for the Salvation Army in Fort Worth, Texas, where she established the first marketing partnership related to an NBC-related cause in the country. This type of collaboration can be replicated with other businesses in order to spread knowledge about Women of Hope's mission.

Finally, Rivertree Academy is a private Christian school in Fort Worth, Texas, offering community-funded education for underserved students, from preschool to fifth grade, in the Lake Como neighborhood. Its purpose is to train, send and support missionary church planters in the United States and the nations of the world. By partnering with Rivertree Academy, Women of Hope can reach out to underserved students and spread awareness about its mission.
